How Discreet Packaging Works
We believe intimate personal care should be entirely free of anxiety. We have engineered our packaging, shipping labels, and payment processing so that your purchase remains private between you and your doorstep.
The Exterior Shipping Box
Your items arrive in an unmarked, sturdy brown corrugated cardboard box. There are zero logos, no product illustrations, and no hints of intimate wellness on the outside.
- Plain Recycled Kraft Corrugated Box — looks identical to standard e-commerce deliveries from book or cosmetics shops.
- Confidential Return Address — the postal label lists sender strictly as ‘AuGaGa Logistics LLC’.
- Opaque Sealing & Sound Dampening — heavily cushioned internal crinkle paper prevents devices from shifting or making sound during transit.
Neutral Packaging
Every order is hand-packed in plain brown boxes with neutral paper tape. Customs declarations for international orders list ‘Electronic Massager’ or ‘Cosmetics’ without adult wording.
Anonymous Bank Billing
Your credit card or bank statement will display the merchant name as AuGaGa. AuGaGa or adult wellness is never shown.
Zero Marketing Mailers
We will never mail physical catalogs, postcards, or promotional flyers to your physical address. All order receipts are delivered strictly via private email.
Living with Roommates or Family? Use Secure Pickup Lockers
If you prefer not to receive shipments at your front porch, you can input your nearest UPS Access Point, FedEx Hold location, or PO Box during checkout as your delivery address.
